At MEMCO we have been serving the electrical apparatus with a commitment to quality since our beginning in 1962. This system was specifically designed for the electric motor industry and incorporates the ISO 9002 1994 quality management standard. Highly Skilled Craftsmen: We can expertly service high and low voltage repairs. We do redesigns of motors, generators, and electrical rotating apparatus for top efficiency and effectiveness. Plus, we provide highly professional and complete pump repair service.
Energy Efficiency: The efficiency of a motor is a function of numerous variables including wind and friction losses, core iron and rotor losses, and stray load losses. Based on these losses, a motor's efficiency is determined. MEMCO ensures these losses are kept to the minimum so that your energy efficiency savings are at the maximum.

Dynamic Balancing and Vibration Analysis: At MEMCO we are balancing experts with years of balancing experience. Our state-of-the-art balancer is effectively computerized to provide the best information and results possible. Of course, we can provide print-outs on vibration levels "before and after". MEMCO is ready to meet all your needs for rotors, chipper blades, impellers, and large overhung loads.
Demagnetizing Bearing Heaters: Regardless of what brand of bearings are used in a motor, there are proper procedures for removal and installation. It must be done right. At MEMCO, our bearing heater is programmable and maintains the correct predetermined temperatures. And, before the unit completes its cycle, the heater runs through a demagnetizing phase which keeps the bearing from attracting metal particles that will damage the bearings
Right Now Service: We specialize in emergency response, power outages, and line shut downs where a high volume of motors must be rebuilt in a very tight time schedule.
Winding Testing: Whether your needs are megger, high pot, surge comparison, or polarization index tests, MEMCO can perform in-house or on-site complete with printout for your records.
Machining and Fabrication: MEMCO's machine shop is a major operation of our business. We control quality and turn-around time by doing the work ourselves. So, we respond to your emergencies with the timelines and quality that has become our hallmark.
Professional Field Service: MEMCO offers complete field service, including vibration analysis and balancing of fans and rotating members, electrical testing, rigging, machining, precision alignment, ultra phonics trouble shooting, and preventive and predictive maintenance.
